Some things to keep in mind when visiting us:

  • We request that you leave all jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Please ensure that your cell phone is not audible during your visit.

  • Please no children under the age of 12 years allowed in the spa environment, unless they are receiving services.

  • All products used are available for purchase by recommendation in our Retail Boutique. All of our skincare products are also available online. 

  • Remember to book your next Salon and/or Spa visit before you leave. Pre-booking earns bonus loyalty points!

  • Service prices are subject to change without notice.

Please note that all treatment times are approximate. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled so that the next client will not be affected.

cancellation policy
Cancelatin Policy

We require 24 hour notice for all appointment changes or cancellations. For in depth services where a deposit is required, we require 48 hour notice for cancellation. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if you do not meet the requirement.

Deposits are required for some services at Salon Fortelli & Spa. Deposits are required upon consultation and quoting the more in depth services listed below. Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Liquid Keratin 

  • Colour Renovation or Colour Correction 

  • Group Bookings

Series

When you pre-pay for 5 treatments you receive the 6th for FREE! ​This is a great opportunity for savings and helps you keep a regular maintenance schedule. The series can only be used by the person who purchased it and cannot be shared with multiple parties. There are no refunds and no substitutions.
