Anyone can earn Fortelli Loyalty Points! All you need is to have a client profile* in our system and you will earn automatically as you spend on products and services. *Required information is first name, last name, and phone number.

The main way points are earned is by purchasing products and services: Every $1 spent on services earns 15 points Every $1 spend on products earns 25 points Birthday When you are opted in to receive emails you also receive a birthday present of 10,000 points! Special Offers We will have double and triple points events throughout the year. Make sure you are opted in to receive our promotional emails so that you can maximize your points while enjoying the products and services you already love.

You can earn points through in-store purchases, online purchases, at points events and through special offers.

You can pay with your points on purchases of products and services once you have reached a minimum of 5000 points which is equivalent to $5. Points cannot be used for the purchase of a gift card or a service series.

Points are never redeemable for cash. Points activity is stored in your Points Bank and printed on the bottom of your receipt. Points are earned on all purchases of products and services as of February 1st 2021. Fortelli Loyalty Points are limited to individuals and are limited to one account per individual. All clients of Salon Fortelli & Spa are automatically enrolled. A client profile requires a first name, last name, and phone number. Points are non-transferable, and purchases must be made by the individual client. Salon Fortelli & Spa reserves the right to exclude individuals from “Fortelli Loyalty Points” in its sole but reasonable discretion. If your Fortelli Loyalty Points Membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, any Points in your account will automatically expire. Clients who receive a family/friends discount are not eligible to receive points. Employees are not eligible to receive points. Salon Fortelli & Spa may alter, limit, or modify the rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility, or any other feature of “Fortelli Loyalty Points” without prior notice or may terminate “Fortelli Loyalty Points” any time at its sole discretion by posting any such changes on the Salon Fortelli & Spa website.
